BRAND LIFESTYLE PHOTOSHOOT
The Portland Clinic needed to refresh their brand photography targeting a senior audience for upcoming placements. We organized a series of photoshoots that had a authentic, personable feel that visually located us in the pacific northwest. I worked with art directors, photographers, talent and the client to produce a set of lovely assets that were adaptable to all channels and with an extended shelf life.
PROJECT OVERVIEW
My role was to manage the project from start to finish, and be the main point of contact for the client, the photographer, the talent and the locations.
ON SET
Getting those behind-the-scene shots were important for real-time sharing on social channels for the agency. My top priority, however, was to support the art director, photographer and talent.
COMMUNICATIONS
Email was my main tool for tracking the project's process. Standarization of communications is important to track and archive information.
PLANNING
I collaborated closely wth the art director and client to create a comprehensive suite of shots that would cover upcoming promotional needs.
RELATIONSHIPS
It's important to communicate clearly and regularly to make sure all parties are on the same page. That way, everyone can enjoy the beautiful setting and focus on doing the best work possible.
